About Donna

As the Branch Manager and Business Development Officer of First State Bank’s Lake Saint Louis location, Donna takes great pride in getting to know each customer and providing exceptional customer service. She has over 25 years of customer service experience with First State Bank and holds certifications in retail banking, customer relations and service, operations, and supervisory from the Center for Financial Training . Since her start with First State Bank in 1998, she has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility in retail banking and product support.

As a Business Development Officer, Donna consults with companies one-on-one to help them calculate future expenditures and identify growth opportunities. She specializes in helping businesses figure out their most essential banking needs and guides them to the options that serve them best. Whether it is a savings and investment account, implementing payment and withdrawal processing, business credit cards, or merchant services, Donna helps businesses succeed.

In her personal time, Donna is devoted to her three children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys the outdoors; having previously managed an 8-acre vegetable garden and raising Boer goats. Currently, Donna enjoys learning to decorate cupcakes and create floral arrangements.

Community Involvement

Donna is actively involved in the community through the Lake Saint Louis Kiwanis Club, where she serves as President, and the St. Charles Ancient Order of Hibernians where she donates her time by volunteering at golf tournaments and trivia nights. Both groups are close to her heart due to the youth organizations they sponsor and support in the community.
