About Zia
As the Assistant Branch Manager of First State Bank’s Fifth Street location, Zia takes immense pride in getting to know each customer and providing exceptional customer service. She has two years of customer service experience with First State Bank and has held other leadership positions in retail banking as a teller supervisor.
Zia consults with individuals and companies one-on-one to help them calculate future expenditures and identify growth opportunities as she tailors her interactions with customers based on their needs. Whether assisting with Clover merchant services, business credit cards, or helping customers figure out their essential banking needs, Zia works to guide businesses and personal clients to succeed. Zia specializes in trust and estate accounts, personal and business savings, and investment accounts.
Zia is a long-time resident of the St. Louis area, and she knows the community well. She graduated from Clayton High School in Clayton, MO, and attended Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. In her personal time, Zia enjoys the outdoors. She especially enjoys walking her dog or parrot in the park, swimming, kayaking, camping, and traveling.
Community Involvement
Zia is a passionate volunteer for Connections to Success of St. Charles, MO. She supports their positive work in the community and the resource programs they provide for underprivileged citizens looking for jobs. She specifically helped with the Dress for Success program by organizing clothing for job interviews and preparing class lunches. She also made jewelry and organized makeup and toiletry bags for donations.
