About Jess
As the Branch Manager and Business Development Officer of First State Bank’s O’Fallon, MO, banking center, Jess takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service to personal and business banking customers. She excels at helping business customers understand our service options by analyzing their business banking accounts and advising them on what options would serve them best, from business savings and investment accounts to payment and withdrawal processing, credit cards, merchant services, digital banking, and more.
Jess helps companies identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and foster relationships to expand their investment portfolio.
After attending the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, MO, Jess later joined First State Bank in 2012. Jess has 13 years of experience in customer service excellence. Since joining our retail banking division, she has held various positions of increasing responsibility during her tenure. Jess is actively involved in the community through the O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce & Industries, and the Parkway South Alumni Association. Outside of work, Jess loves spending time with her son, traveling, dancing, swimming, photography, scrapbooking, going to parks, and having picnics with her family.
