About Jill
As the Branch Manager and Business Development Officer of First State Bank’s Fifth Street banking center in St. Charles, MO, Jill takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service to personal and business banking customers. She excels at helping business customers understand our service options, analyzing their business banking account, and sharing the options that serve them best, from business savings and investment accounts to payment and withdrawal processing, credit cards, merchant services, digital banking, and more.
As the business development officer, Jill consults with companies one-on-one to help them calculate future expenditures and identify growth opportunities.
Jill has 18 years of customer service excellence. She joined First State Bank in 2017 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in retail banking and product support during her tenure. Jill is actively involved in the community through the Athena Leadership Foundation , BNI , and the Dementia Friendly St.Charles Communities . She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
In her personal time, Jill enjoys expressing her creative side through various artistic projects. For 2 years, she has been training with her daughter as a Jiu-Jitsu 4 stripe white belt at Gracie Humaita-St. Louis, where they learn about female self-defense and are empowered to retain autonomy over their physical security.

For over four years, Jill’s involvement with BNI , the world’s leading business referral organization, has helped strengthen her expertise in business financial matters. As the Secretary-Treasurer of her BNI local group, the Navigators, Jill enjoys helping to grow other members’ portfolios while navigating their customers’ financial decisions by offering First State Bank’s products. The Navigators has been named one of the top networking BNI groups in mid-America, closing over 8 million dollars in referral transactions in 2022.

As a working mother and wife, Jill enjoyed the fellowship and professional inspiration she received as a mentee of the Athena Leadership Foundation . Athena’s philosophy focuses on outstanding female professionals from all facets of the community. They learn how to balance everyday career pressures while encouraging leadership opportunities for women of all ages and career stages. Jill looks forward to taking on a leadership opportunity in 2023 and becoming a mentor of Athena, helping their mission to support, honor, and develop women leaders in the community while inspiring them to reach their full potential.
